I'm shocked you didn't already have Whitefrozen! I was just listening to that one the other day. It's a top-notch EP for sure, and a classic in the scene.

Yeah I'm kind of shocked too. I thought I had picked it up at some point. There are too many bands to keep track of. I did have the full-length album, but I like this EP better anyway.

^Ha, I hear ya! It's hard to compare their EP to full-length because they're just so different musically, but both are excellent and among my favorites of their respective genres.

Preterist - Blood Moon Rising

Really top-notch one-man power metal project from Finland. While this album may not revolutionize the genre, it's excellently-executed stuff with everything you'd want in power metal: ultra-melodic, upbeat, great vocals, catchy, and great lyrics to boot. Highly recommended!

Great haul! I love Morphia; do you have their other albums? Their live CD/DVD is also very good.

Those Dynasty albums are very good too. My favorite is their first but I enjoy all three. I was given the good pleasure of hearing their upcoming album of covers which is great too. They do a fantastic job covering Stryper, Petra, Deliverance, etc.

That's my first Morphia album. I think the first Dynasty album is my favorite as well, although perhaps my opinion will change with time.

I'm surprised you didn't already have Apolutrosis; do you have Aletheian's other albums? I emailed a bit with Joel not too long ago and learned that they have a ton of unreleased demo material in the vault. He said they may at some point release it digitally for fans - which I really hope they do!

I've been really enjoying the latest Adorned Graves and Jernlov CDs as well. Cheers!

Gotcha. ...Hope Prevails is pretty solid and definitely worth picking up if you like their other two albums. It appears to still be available on their website too.

Cool! After I posted it, I tried clicking "buy" on one of the products and it didn't work. But it's worth emailing the address listed on the website to ask. I like their merch designs and my Aletheian shirts are getting pretty old... if you have any luck, maybe I'll make another order from them too. Keep me posted!
