Heaven and christian metal

i was investigating Jehovas witnesses
and in the end of the video they said:
see you in Paradise.
Why dont more christians talk more about Heaven and paradise
then darkness?
i wonder how it is in Heaven
i know Jesus is there
maybe my grandmom
and grand dad
and peter and Paul
too bad for judas

Theres a reason why the old magazine was called Heavens Metal magazine
cause its about heaven(and metal)

That's a good question!  I have a couple ideas as to why...  For one, the Bible doesn't speak a whole ton about Heaven or what it's like.  We also know that the Bible is God's Word through which He has chosen to communicate to us - and completely sufficient (i.e. no other revelations are needed).  I believe God emphasized what is important to focus on in His Word and de-emphasized the things that aren't meant to be dwelt upon - Heaven being in the latter category.  We know it's going to be amazing and wonderful and that we get to spend eternity in God's presence.  For now, that's sufficient for us to know!

Secondly, when dwelling on themes such as Heaven, it's easy to make it all about us and how happy we will be, when in reality it's all about God and His glory.  As a kid, I always imagined Heaven being this fun and perfect place where I got to play and just have fun all the time - when it's actually where we get to praise God forever.

Those are some possible reasons as to why, anyways!

so i regret talking about heaven
because someone is gonna lead me to a major slaughter if i talk about heaven

Huh???  Who says it's bad to talk about Heaven?  Quite the contrary: the Bible DOES talk about Heaven.  I just don't think it's something we should dwell on.
