Do you have Theocracy's original s/t CD as well?  I'm curious how it compares to the remaster, as I only have the original.  Great album either way.

Not sure about the Theocracy question. I never actually owned the original printing of the CD (for some reason). I listened to it on Spotify, which I assume was the OG version. It's one of those random missing albums from my collection I wanted to fill in.

Got a package in from Corleiosis records today. The Eternal Mystery albums and the Abated Mass of Flesh are all reissues. I'm glad some of this underground and very hard-to-find music was reissued. Afflicted Truth is a brutal death metal band I discovered recently. Fans of Broken Flesh, Abated Mass of Flesh, and With Blood Comes Cleansing will probably enjoy them.

The new Sorrowstorm is very good. It will probably make my top 10, but it's kind of hard to choose this year because there are so many phenomenal releases. It's my favorite CBM release so far this year. I'm still waiting on Marble Tomb to come in, so that could change.

Right on!  I've only had the chance to listen to the new Sorrowstorm once through, but upon first listen, I like it quite a bit.  My only complaint would be that some of the vocals aren't quite my cup of tea, but the instrumentation and compositions are great.  I really dig the more melodic and epic approach he's taken.

And yes, that Marble Tomb sounds killer from the samples I've heard.  I can't wait for the CD to arrive!  Any idea of when it'll be released on CD?

I ordered my Marble Tomb CD from Headlight Productions, but I'm not sure when it will ship. I don't think they gave me a time frame.
