I've been listening to all of Poor Old Lu's catalog this past week. Probably the best/most original thing to come out of the Christian grunge scene in the 90's.

Opprobrium - The Fallen Entities

Once this was announced, it was my most anticipated album, and it hasn't disappointed. This is probably going to be my favorite release of the year (barring something really exceptional).

Sorrowstorm - Enslaver of Hateful Souls

I got a copy of the Collected Works/Trabajos release a while ago and I'm very impressed with this band. This song stands out as my favorite.

Loving the new Demon Hunter albums, I've been listening to them all week.

I think this may be one of the more unique songs they've ever done, and I'm loving it! Demon Hunter meets Johnny Cash, if you're wondering.

Earlier today I listened through most of Syringe - Former Life Departure. It was my first time giving it a good listen and wow, it is very good! Free download on Bandcamp too if I recall correctly.
