I've only listened to it once through so far (which I should remedy right now...) but upon first listen it's very good. If you liked Karv's material on their split album, you'll definitely like the full-length.

Death Wrath - Proverbes

I'm really liking this band's sound. At times it reminds me of a more aggressive Givre, while at other times the driving guitar melody reminds me a little of Evroklidon. After doing a bit of research, I discovered the band was once Satanic black metal, broke up, and then started releasing music on the opposite end of the spectrum with one of the former members (at least musically). Interesting that he didn't just start under a new band name. Anyway, one of several recent purchases from Sneeuwstorm Produkties.

The Rain - Ellipsis

I don't think this band gets talked about much due to singing in Finnish, but dang what a wonderful band! All four albums of theirs are great, particularly this one. Really top-notch melodic rock/metal.
