Euphoreon (melodic death meteal)

Any fans here? I've been on a bit of an Euphoreon kick lately. It is (was) one of the projects of Eugen from Far Beyond and Ecthirion and is epic/melodic death metal obviously influenced by Wintersun. Both of their albums are very good and without a bad song. The first album is no longer available on CD unfortunately but the second album is and both are available digitally. Also, the second album comes with bonus instrumental versions of all the songs which is quite cool too. Check 'em out!

Oooh, I've definitely heard this project before. I went through a pretty big Wintersun phase at one point years ago and still have a soft spot for that style of melodeath.

Nice!  I hope you enjoy.  I'm not typically a fan of that specific style of music anymore, but there's something about how epic and triumphant the music is - yet with an underlying sadness - that just really grips me.
