Yeah, I totally get you on Tourniquet's album. At first, I didn't care for it as much. However, I was coming at it with a bias and refused to accept the fact that the band had changed. Once I tried to judge it objectively, I liked it a lot.

For me, musically, I liked the album. It's the vocals that didn't jive with me. I'm hoping that if I listen to it again, that the vocals will grow on me and I will like this album better.

Guess who's back, boys and girls. Happy New Year to everyone. 2018 was an odd year in music for me. Nothing in the Christian market really blew me away. Not that there weren't some good albums, just no clear cut favorites. So, in my typical fashion, let me infuse all these extreme metal albums with some melodic offerings.
