Tonka (thrash metal)

Featuring members of Omegashift (my favorite new musical discovery as of late), I stumbled upon the now defunct progressive thrash metal band Tonka.  While not a "Christian band," the lyrics are quite Christian.  As mentioned in this interview, not all of the members are Christians though the lyrics are from a Christian perspective largely dealing with explicitly Christian themes.  I'm not usually a bit thrash fan, but this stuff is much more interesting and emotive than the majority of thrash I've heard.  Check 'em out!
